BEST Crowd Management in Madison, WI is seeking a friendly Guest Services Staff member to warmly welcome attendees and help them navigate events. You will deliver outstanding service and support event operations throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees
• Assist with event set-up and signage placement
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities and amenities
• Guide guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment
