Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks a Guest Services Representative to join the Office Services/Facilities team. The role centers on delivering exceptional client service, managing space, catering, and AV/tech requests, and performing routine administrative duties.

The position entails coordinating with Operations, Guest Services, and other departments to ensure seamless meeting support and hospitality. Prior law firm experience is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist or concierge roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with attorneys and business professionals in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones clearly and professionally for attorneys, business professionals, clients and direct callers.
• Greet visitors and log them, coordinating with teams as needed.
• Escort guests to conference rooms and manage scheduling and logistics.
