Job summary

Son's Island Getaways is seeking a Reservationist / Call Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, make reservations, and deliver excellent guest service. You will be the first point of contact for families planning getaways across multiple locations, reporting to the Office Manager in a seasonal, full-time or part-time capacity.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and billing support skills, with opportunities to upsell services and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
• Make and edit reservations accurately and upsell when appropriate.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries; respond to emails professionally.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication.
