Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is hiring for a Front Desk Clerk in Montgomery, Texas. You will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, handling inquiries in person and over the phone while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include processing payments, running reports, submitting maintenance requests, and coordinating with the Property Manager to address issues promptly. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property liaison and assist guests and residents in person and by phone.
• Process payments and deposits accurately.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to keep offices efficient.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts professionally.
