Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) invites you to join our Front Desk team in Weslaco, Texas. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will deliver exceptional service to guests and residents, handling inquiries, greeting visitors, and processing reservations with courtesy and professionalism.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager, maintain accurate records, respond to questions about the community, and escalate issues when needed to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with strong service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically in person and on the phone.
• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions regarding the community in person.
• Receive payments for reservations.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complaints to management for instruction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
