Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, check them in and out.
• Assist in pre-registration and block reservations when necessary.
• Post charges accurately and know where to post all charges.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation/relocation procedures.
