Responsabilités

• Greet guests, check them in/out promptly and professionally.
• Handle charges and post them accurately.
• Operate Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Manage cash, payments, and deposits correctly.
• Review reservations and block rooms as needed.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation/ relocation procedures.
