AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a frontline support assistant to manage registration, receive vendors and guests, and ensure resources are delivered to the correct rooms and meeting spaces.
You will place daily meal orders with established vendors, accommodate dietary requirements, set up training rooms, stock snacks and beverages, and assist with clerical tasks as needed. This role supports events and training sessions and requires dependable, detail-oriented teamwork.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive vendors, guests and resources. Ensure proper registration and delivery of resources to appropriate locations, meeting rooms etc.
Place daily meal orders (Lunch, snacks or as required) with established vendors taking into consideration any particular dietary requirements for participants
Ensures set up of training room and/or meeting facilities
Stock snacks and beverages for participants in assigned break rooms
Receives vendors and ensures appropriate placement and set up of delivered meals and or other supplies
May support clerical work such as photocopies or assembling training binders if required
May run errands or purchase external goods & supplies as require
