The HR Compliance & Risk Administrator is responsible for supporting HR compliance, risk management, and workplace safety initiatives to ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations. This role oversees risk-related administrative functions, supports leave administration as needed, maintains compliance records, conducts audits, and partners with internal departments to promote a safe, compliant, and well-governed workplace. The position provides a high level of customer service while minimizing organizational risk and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
