Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews amenities and local activities.
• Responds to guests' questions and requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Explains room features to guests and provides information on services and hours of operation.
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure satisfaction of requests or issues.
• Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate departments.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
• Greet guests and anticipate their needs; maintain professional interactions.
