The role involves processing cash/credit transactions, quoting room rates, handling inquiries, and supporting smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money responsibly.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond promptly to inquiries.
