Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from around the world.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and explain resort/area attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions per established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cash handling checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and completely.
