Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Homewood Mountain & Lake Club is seeking a Guest Services Associate to support the Guest Services department and deliver an exceptional guest experience at Homewood. You’ll assist guests with product selection, process sales and reservations, and maintain knowledge of lift tickets, rentals, and season passes.

The role requires professional communication, an 18+ age minimum, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with standard office software and guest-service systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
• Develop knowledge of lift tickets, programs, rentals, passes, and resort offerings.
• Assist guests with product selection and processing sales and reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed.
• Provide information on billing, resort access, and service matters.
• Operate resort sales and database platforms and troubleshoot issues.
