Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet and register guests, manage reservations, and support guest services throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, operate the front desk system, and provide concierge-level assistance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires professionalism, strong multitasking, and superb communication to maintain high guest satisfaction and brand standards across periods including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Opera Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests at front desk.
• Provide outstanding guest service during stay and settle accounts on checkout.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties.
• Maintain professional appearance and courtesy according to brand standards.
• Operate phone switchboard and assist with information requests.
