Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, and manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient front desk service to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Operate the hotel front desk and handle information requests, mail, and messages efficiently.
• Communicate with guests about services, hours of operation, and local recommendations.
• Work with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and standards are maintained.
