Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations and local areas of interest.
• Actively listens and responds to guests' questions and contacts other departments to resolve issues.
• Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., key, ice, vending).
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met.
• Answers telephone calls and routes to proper department.
