Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and maintain a welcoming front desk presence in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escorts VIPs to rooms and checks them in.
• Answers telephone promptly and assists or transfers as needed.
• Maintains cash handling procedures and reports shortages.
• Keeps front desk area clean and organized.
• Handles guest PII data according to procedures.
• Assists with lobby activation and other duties as needed.
• Attends to guest needs and inquiries.
• Performs other duties to meet business objectives.
