Job summary

The Victus Group is seeking a Guest Service Attendant at Hilton Garden Inn Clovis to welcome guests, register arrivals, assign rooms, and manage departures with a courteous, professional attitude.

You will use the hotel PMS to post charges, collect payments, and provide information on local attractions and services. The role requires strong communication, flexibility with shifts, and a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Basic English literacy and ability to communicate; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms using the hotel PMS.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and explain charges to guests.
• Balance cash and process payments following procedures.
• Provide information about local attractions and hotel services.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
