Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a guest-facing host to warmly welcome hotel guests and restaurant patrons. You will manage reservations, coordinate with hosts and wait staff, and assist with VIP reservations and events to ensure a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include escorting guests to tables, presenting menus, and supporting the dining team. Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, PMS and POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance with a smile and welcome.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with hosts and wait staff.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Assist with VIP reservations and special events.
• Maintain dining areas and support service teams as needed.
