• Order Fulfillment: receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests.
• Customer Service: resolve guest concerns promptly using the boomerang principle for a positive experience.
• Quality Control: inspect and rotate deli products, maintain proper temperatures.
• Inventory Management: monitor deli storage supplies and organization.
• Food Safety: maintain logs and adhere to safety standards.
• Efficiency: meet quality and quantity standards by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Honor Commitments: maintain reliable attendance and request replacements as needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
