Responsabilités

• Provide helpful guest service with a friendly greeting and address guest needs.
• Lead by example to uphold service standards and guide associates.
• Utilize leadership tools and manuals to improve daily operations.
• Oversee operations and ensure cleanliness and proper procedures in the guest services area.
• Support the team by directing guests, managing checkout lines, and providing timely assistance.
• Monitor staffing needs and adjust schedules to meet demand while complying with labor laws.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure coverage for absences or busy periods.
• Enforce minor labor law requirements for breaks and clock-out times.
• Adjust daily schedules based on sales and guest traffic for productivity.
• Communicate with Shift Managers when help is needed at checkouts.
• Open additional lanes during busy periods and manage cash drawers.
• Track attendance and document lateness or absences.
• Manage cart availability and streamline cart collection processes.
• Honor commitments with timely attendance and notice for replacements.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
