Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the At Your Service area, supporting BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Proficient with systems to complete transactions and manage pickup/return processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space for customers.
• Encourage loyalty program benefits and ensure friendly, accurate checkout experiences.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and deliver strong customer service.
