• 18 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Interpersonal skills with focus on guest needs.
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance per Wind Creek standards.
• Maintain adherence to Wind Creek customer service standards.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Accept/exchange cash and chips per procedures.
• Balance cashier drawer at end of shift.
• Payout winning wagers.
• Redeem cash vouchers and issue/verify markers.
• Process deposits/withdrawals for Front Money and Online Gaming.
• Process and cash personal checks for guests.
• Promote and explain Players Club benefits; issue memberships.
• Assist existing Members with Players Club Services.
