Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Services all ticket redemption units by supplying coin and cash to each unit.
• Replenishes unit cassettes with cash.
• Attends to customer disputes involving ticket redemption units or jackpot kiosks.
• Fixes ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks as needed.
• Circulates on the casino floor to address unit issues.
• Keeps redemption units clean and functioning properly.
• Balance the TRU vault and balance all coin and cash.
• Operate a Cashier terminal if required.
• Provide superior customer service to guests and coworkers.
• Follow PGCB rules and Wind Creek policies.
