Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem seeks a Representative – Player Services to deliver outstanding guest experiences at gaming tables and related areas. You will exchange cash and chips, issue vouchers, process deposits and withdrawals, and support Players Club services with professionalism.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, issuing markers, and promoting rewards while maintaining compliance with PGCB regulations and company policies. A friendly, customer-focused team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or banking setting.
• Strong cash handling and math abilities.
• Excellent English communication and customer service.
• Ability to read and verify IDs and documents as required.
• Professional appearance and conduct per policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, chips, and vouchers at gaming tables per procedures.
• Balance cashier drawer at shift end.
• Payout winning wagers and redeem cash vouchers.
• Issue markers and manage deposits/withdrawals.
• Promote and enroll guests in the Players Club program.
