Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a host/ess to welcome guests, manage seating, and support servers in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, coordinate seating, and assist with guest requests while upholding high service standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good English communication, and knowledge of POS systems. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must have full working knowledge of a POS system.
• Knowledge of wines is a plus.
• Must have excellent cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Reviews and plans for all reservations at the beginning of each service.
• Ensures guests are greeted and seated in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Communicates effectively with guests, both in person and by phone.
• Assists servers as needed.
• Cleans tables and other areas as needed.
• Maintains full knowledge of menu options to meet guests' needs and dietary requests.
• Provide superior customer service in compliance with Wind Creek Bethlehem standards.
• Adhere to Wind Creek Bethlehem policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
