Colonial Downs Racetrack is seeking a friendly Player Services Representative to handle monetary transactions and serve as the main guest contact. The role involves cash handling, ticket redemptions, and maintaining accurate player records.

Responsibilities include processing jackpots, ensuring security of cash and assets, and supporting loyalty programs across events. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and guest service experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Virginia Racing Commission License.

Responsabilidades

• Perform verifications on money, coin transactions and check cashing.
• Process jackpots, cashes checks, and redeem gaming tickets for cash.
• Safeguard assets and adhere to internal controls and regulations.
• Maintain funds entrusted on shift and monitor for fraud or counterfeit activity.
• Balance funds and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Secure cash inventory and keys.
• Identify and gather information on valuable guests.
• Execute guest loyalty and direct marketing programs.
• Update Player accounts and data entry for Players Club memberships.
• Maintain knowledge of events, promotions and campaigns.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain workstation organization.
