Responsibilities

• Provide next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
• Foster an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Perform verifications on money, coins, and checks.
• Process jackpots, cash checks, and redeem vouchers and chips.
• Balance funds and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Record and report database information to management; update database files as needed.
• Become expert of the player tracking system software.
