Responsibilities

• Provide next-level guest service and manage the Players Card database.
• Process cash transactions, checks, jackpots, vouchers and related cashouts.
• Balance funds, verify currency, and monitor for fraud or counterfeit items.
• Maintain orderly gift shop inventory and respond to guest requirements.
• Support loyalty programs and perform data entry for memberships.
• Follow procedures and report any issues to supervision.
