Job summary

Qualifications

• Must multitask and stay professional under pressure from guests and supervisors.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at the front desk.
• Register guests via a centralized system and assist with check-in.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions; maintain front desk paperwork.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain accurate daily records.
• Assist guests with deliveries and other duties as assigned.
