Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
• Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions; maintain accurate front desk paperwork.
• Resolve guest issues and balance daily figures related to rooms and taxes.
• Deliver items to guests and perform other duties as assigned.
