Formación

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service by managing in-house guest calls and outbound calls for the resort.
• Handle reservations, payments, and guest records accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally following company policies and safety procedures.
