Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Telephone Operator to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests over the telephone during check-in and check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. In this role you will support a smooth communication flow across departments, direct requests to the appropriate teams, and maintain the PBX console to meet standards.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality or related experience helpful.
• Computer experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all guest requests are distributed to the proper departments.
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room, cabana, and bungalow reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario.
• Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions at the resort.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure that all standards are met, if applicable.
