Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Telephone Operator (PBX) to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests over the telephone during check-in and check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will support departments by directing requests and ensuring smooth communication flow across teams.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, prompt handling of calls, and accurate information delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Hospitality experience helpful.
• Computer experience required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all guest requests are distributed to the proper departments.
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room, cabana, and bungalow reservations and follow the rate‑quoting scenario.
• Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions at the resort.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure that all standards are met, if applicable.
