Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Guest Services Agent to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for resort guests during the day and into the evening. You will manage check-ins at the kiosks and the desk, address guest needs, and create memorable moments that reflect our Promise to Lead with Love.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work on a team with professionalism, positivity and calm under pressure.

• Must be computer‑savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests when looking into reservations and booking details.
• Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check‑in programs.
• Good under pressure and in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Leading the guests through the check‑in experience at our kiosks and the desk.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

Guest Services Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aGuest Services Agent.In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for resort guests during the day and into the evening. This position is responsible for managing check-ins at the kiosk and the desk, addressing guest needs and creating memorable moments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work on a team with professionalism, positivity and calm under pressure.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Starting Rate: $15.00
