Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and determine caller purpose; forward calls to appropriate personnel.

• Provide information on hours, events, and promotions to the public.
• Maintain an accurate call log and professional guest service.
• Operate and coordinate general clerical tasks and office equipment.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
