Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls and determines caller purpose; forwards to appropriate personnel.
• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when needed.
• Provides information on hours, events, promotions; maintains an accurate call log.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional image; supports general clerical tasks as needed.
• Assists departments with communications and guest service to internal and external guests.
