Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Florida. The role involves meeting residents, greeting guests, monitoring security systems, and maintaining daily logs.

You will respond to emergencies, control access, and support property operations while ensuring safety and client satisfaction. Schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 2pm–10pm, with full‑time benefits including medical plans, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
