Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Gulf Stream, FL to welcome residents, guests, and vendors. You will operate access control systems, manage logs, and respond to emergencies with strong communication and customer service skills.

The role requires reliability, multi-tasking, and attention to safety procedures. The position is full-time with benefits; prior experience in hospitality or business is preferred, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: information system hardware/software preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and service providers; manage access control.
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries; maintain daily logs.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure building environment.
• Support on-site property manager with additional duties as needed.
