Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Bell Person to deliver warm, personalized service in our guest services team. You will assist guests with luggage, escort them as needed, and help create a welcoming, not overly formal, atmosphere with a sense of approachable luxury.

As a member of Guest Services, you’ll transport guests in hotel vehicles when required, handle group luggage, assist during their stay, and respond to reasonable requests with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage.
• Assist guests during their stay and deliver attentive service.
• Transport guests in hotel vehicles when required.
• Handle group luggage and guests' laundry and mail.
• Respond to reasonable guest requests with a personal touch.
