MGM Resorts International is seeking a Bell Person at Bellagio in Las Vegas to welcome guests and handle luggage with professionalism, enhancing the overall experience and ensuring seamless transportation and personalized assistance throughout their stay.

You will contribute to WOW moments by understanding guest stories and needs, delivering outstanding hospitality, and supporting guests from arrival to departure in a dynamic, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Six (6) months of guest services experience preferred.
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor at all times.
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items.

THE JOB

As a Bell Person at Bellagio, you will set the stage for the ultimate guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will enhance the guest experience by providing distinguished hospitality when handling guests’ luggage and belongings, facilitating efficient transportation arrangements, and delivering personalized assistance with professionalism and courtesy.

Understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

STARTING PAY RATE: $16.8678 / Per Hour + Service Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor at all times
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items
• Escort guests and provide information about guest rooms, hotel amenities, and property features
• Make and receive phone calls related to guest requests, services, deliveries, and information

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of prior relevant guest services experience preferred
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
