Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Bellperson to ensure exceptional guest arrivals and departures. You will assist with luggage, provide local information, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

The role requires excellent communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to lift luggage as needed. A flexible schedule includes nights, holidays, and weekends, with a professional uniform and appearance expected at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Bellperson or similar guest service role in luxury settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
• Must be flexible to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and farewell guests on departure.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure safe delivery or secure storage.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading belongings from vehicles.
• Coordinate with Bell Services dispatch for efficient service delivery.
• Provide information about amenities, attractions, and dining options.
• Log and notify recipients of incoming packages.
