Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, transporting, and storing luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Provide directions and recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, activities, and transportation.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and questions.
• Communicate guest needs with the Front Desk and other departments.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, taxis, rideshare services, and other guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
• Assist with deliveries, luggage storage, and other guest service needs as assigned.
• Protect guest belongings and handle luggage with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel grooming and service standards.
• Create positive guest interactions by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Work as part of a team to provide consistent and personalized service.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
