Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests warmly, opening doors and offering assistance immediately.
• Transport guest luggage to/from rooms, vehicles, and holding area.
• Escort guests to rooms and highlight hotel amenities and safety exits.
• Store and label luggage using tagging system.
• Provide directions to local attractions and hotel services.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Arrange guest transportation (taxis, shuttles, rideshares).
• Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to rooms promptly.
• Follow lost and found procedures and safety protocols.
