Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly

The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, explaining resort amenities, and ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience. This position serves as an ambassador for the property and helps create memorable experiences through friendly, professional, and attentive service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of room features and resort amenities.
  • Provide information regarding hotel facilities, dining options, local attractions, and activities.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Arrange transportation, taxi services, and valet assistance as needed.
  • Deliver guest requests promptly, including amenities, extra linens, cribs, and other items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance areas, and bell stand.
  • Store and retrieve luggage for guests when necessary.
  • Assist with package handling and delivery.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of daily events, group functions, and resort activities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Follow all safety, security, and service standards established by the resort.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the property's service culture.
