Job summary

Jamul Casino is seeking a motivated Front Services / Valet/Bell Attendant to assist guests with check-in/check-out, luggage, directions, and information about hotel amenities and events. You will uphold AAA 4-diamond service standards while supporting valet operations and vehicle handling.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors, in a fast-paced environment, and to maintain excellent guest service, communication, and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing bell desk calls
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and special requests
• Offer information pertaining to hotel services and attractions, making reservations as needed
• Assist guests with short-term baggage storage
• Maintain AAA 4-diamond service standards in interactions
• Assist Full Valet Operation as directed
• Park guest vehicles in designated areas
• Retrieve guest vehicles promptly
• Perform drive-and-park assignments per policies
• Report any incidents to Valet Supervisor
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Provide information to guests via phone and in person about valet services and events
