Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required.
• Hotel experience a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Best in Class customer service during all guest interactions.
• Delivers luggage to rooms and retrieves luggage upon departure.
• Keeps luggage and front desk areas organized and ready.
• Provides directions and information about Hotel, Casino and local attractions.
• Reports maintenance issues and assists guests as needed.
