You will engage guests with local recommendations and ensure a welcoming experience from check-in to departures.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintains constant communication with Front Office and Valet to escort guests and transport luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms.
• Ensures guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features.
• Engages guests with casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations
