Chicken-Ranch-Casino (CRCR) seeks a Bell Person to join its Hotel Operations team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, greeting guests on arrival and departure, assisting with luggage, and supporting front desk tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You will escort guests, describe room amenities, assist with parking, and share information about CRCR activities. A strong focus on teamwork and a guest-first mindset is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have 6+ months of experience in hospitality.
• Preferred qualifications: 1+ years in hospitality; proficiency in Hospitality Management software such as Hotsos, Opera, Infor, or similar; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Greet Guests during arrival and departure.
• Retrieve and verify Guest luggage and escort Guests as needed.
• Describe room amenities and inform Guests of daily CRCR activities.
• Assist in parking cars and driving to pick up VIP Guests when needed.
• Answer phones and handle Guest inquiries for the Front Desk.
• Maintain lobby and entryway cleanliness and safety.
• Provide accurate directions and information about CRCR and surrounding areas.
