Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to rooms and explain resort amenities and services.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Deliver messages, packages, and guest requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby and entrance areas.
